Architecture, Interior Design, MEP Engineering, Structural Engineering Environetics is providing services for the design of the Glendora branch which will serve as an out of ground prototype branch and is expected to be fully reproducible for future upcoming branch "roll-outs". This single story structure includes a stand-alone drive-thru structure for 3 customer lanes. The project is being designed for LEED certification and includes solar panel a on the canopy/roof of the drive-thru structure. The interior will be a combination of closed and open spaces to support standard branch functions.
