The first of seven research buildings planned for the 58-acre campus, Building 3 will provide 66,000 SF of flexible raised-floor research space for the FAA and corporate tenants working to develop components of the new GPS-based air traffic control system over the coming decade. It is anticipated that this first building will include conference and educational space connected with nearby academic institutions.
