Environetics is currently completing the schematic design phase of the new School of Business at Montclair State University. During site selection and programming, the team worked collaboratively with all shareholders to analyze four potential building sites, weighing pros and cons, to determine a location that is optimal for public access, infrastructure and resources while providing a place of prestige and recognition on campus. Simultaneous activities such as benchmarking and detailed discussion are leading to a programming document outlining the space and adjacency requirements of the school.
