Environetics®  Participates in Ground Breaking for Commerce Center at The Navy Yard
Center Environetics team members participated in the Ground Breaking for the new Commerce Center at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 3, 2010. In attendance were Mayor Michael Nutter, Senator Arlen Specter and Congressman Robert Brady. The ground breaking was for two flexible-use buildings, totaling over 100,000 SF being developed by Liberty Property Trust. The buildings are one-story structures with interiors designed as flexible space - easily adaptable to suit tenant requirements. Environetics provided architecture, structural engineering and mep engineering services for the buildings.

"We are proud to continue our relationship with Liberty Property Trust. With this among several of our projects at The Navy Yard, we recognize the importance of its revitalization and impact on the Philadelphia region," says William Westhafer, Principal at Environetics.
