Environetics Recognized with Design Awards

Environetics is pleased to announce the firm was recently recognized with Design Awards for The New York Foundling’s Brown Place Project in the Bronx, NY and the Delaware Welcome & Travel Center in Newark, Delaware. These projects express the collaborative and integrated nature of the firm. Working across three offices for the New York Foundling project and two offices for the Delaware Welcome & Travel Center, the firm provided architecture, interior design and engineering services for both projects.

Recognized by both AIA NJ and Newark & Suburban Architects, The Brown Place Project, is The New York Foundling’s newest community expansion project. The building is comprised of eight floors totaling over 56,000 SF. The building houses community spaces, the Mott Haven Academy Charter School, and space for clinical programs and outreach counselors.

The Delaware Welcome & Travel Center, also recognized by the Newark & Suburban Architects is a new 42,000 SF facility, located on I-95, which houses essential travel amenities including foodservice as well as retail offerings.
