The New York Foundling has been rooted in community service in New York City for over 140 years. The Mott Haven Charter Academy is the Foundling’s newest community expansion project. The building is comprised of eight floors, as well as a mechanical penthouse, totaling over 56,000 SF. The lower level consists of a cafeteria, multi-purpose room and conference room that will be used jointly by the charter school and the community. The first through third floors are dedicated exclusively to school classrooms and administrative space.
